At this time we are only accepting returns on items that are damaged or unusable upon unboxing. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of your order. All returns must include original packaging. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We are so excited to ship your new items to you! At this time we are only able to ship orders within the continental US. We hope to expand our shipping soon! We charge a flat rate of $9.50 for shipping on all domestic orders. All orders will be shipped within 3 days pending credit card verification unless otherwise stated. Because each of our items are handmade locally in North Carolina, elements may vary slightly from item to item. We recommend that all items are either hand washed or dry-cleaned to prevent staining and stretching.

The House of Margo does not currently have a brick and mortar store location but exciting things are always on the horizon!
